Tender description

To develop a design and strategy to restore the upper catchment of the River Nairn Lot 1: Feasibility and design Feasibility - fluvial audit of River Nairn, mapping and analysis or survey data, development of restoration options, design development, topographic survey of surrounding floodplains, hydrological assessment, hydraulic modelling, production of flood risk assessment and final submission of design deliverables. Lot 2: Monitoring and restoration strategy Background data search and acquisition, detailed habitat map based on satellite data, aquatic habitat assessment, baseline data collection, development of monitoring and evaluation protocols.
