Tender description

The scope of work is as below: 1. To repair existing windows and add secondary glazing where required and affordable. The extent of repairs and surface treatment for the remaining units as required to maintain those units still in a relatively significantly dilapidated condition. 2. Where a window is clearly beyond repair, involving the majority of it needing to be replaced etc, then a like for like replacement. The school is a Grade II Listed Building and works should be designed with a consideration of the special significance of the heritage asset, and in agreement with listed building consent and planning. Targeted procedure was used.
