Tender description

1. Provision of support for SQAs instance of Microsoft Project Online PPM solution. This should include: - Business hours helpdesk support by email or phone operated by Microsoft Certified Technology Specialists appropriate to the solution. -System Administration -Access to consultancy services for system development or training 2. Provision of any API/Service required to allow the advanced reporting functionality of current reporting suites (as outlined above) to continue to operate, and administration of these reports.
