Tender description

The brief for the project is to repurpose the large central spaces in the building to provide 4no new plumbing workshops and 1no new welding workshop. Additional external stores will be required. The Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Education and Training Board (DDLETB) proposes to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment, fit-out, and upgrade of existing and new apprentice workshop spaces and associated infrastructure. The proposed development will likely be undertaken in two phases as outlined in the Project brief document
