ITT for Landscape Maintenance Services 2026-2031

Tender description

The Council seeks tenders from an organisation capable of undertaking a 5-year landscape maintenance works contyract for 2026 to 2031 (beginning 01 April 26); with possible options to extend thereafter. The works generally compromise; - landscape maintenance, weed-killing, hedge cutting, and arboriculture works. The maintenance works are to be completed on land largely owned by Bradwell Parish Council (except planters) in the city of Milton Keynes. The Invitation to Tender package includes a detailed description of the project, description of technical guidance (with plans/maps), scoring guidance and a response pack. The closing date for all tender responses is 31 August 2025.
