IT Hardware (Lot 2 - Refurb)

Tender description

This Further Competition (FC) is being issued by Abbey Multi Academy Trust to procure IT Hardware for five years including extensions via the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for sustainable and ethically sourced goods and services, delivering social value in local communities as described in Appendix A - Specification. The requirement has been split into 2 Lots: • Lot 1 - New Devices • Lot 2 - Refurbished Devices The Trust will appoint a single Supplier per Lot. Suppliers are able to bid for one or both Lots. If bidding for both Lots, the full quality response must be completed for both Lots, including questions that are duplicated. Please note the Weightings listed in Cimple (35% Quality, 10% Social Value, 55% Price) are for Lot 1 ONLY. The lot 2 weightings are 50% Quality, 10% Social Value and 40% Price, as set out in the tender documents. The IT Hardware to be procured though this further competition is the following: • Network Switches and Wireless Access Points • Backup Devices & Solutions • Servers • Connectivity Solutions • TVs • Interactive TVs • Projectors • Laptops • Desktop PCs • Tablets • Monitors • Visualisers • USB-C Docking Station/Port Replicator with 2 HDMI outputs and power pass through • Keyboards - (cabled) • Mice - (cabled) • Consumable Accessories (SSD's/RAM etc)
