Tender description
Contract award notice for Hybrid Webcasting Webcasting is the live or recorded transmission of video over the web. Webcasting enables members of the public to access content where and when they want. Council meetings can be viewed live but most Councils have found that around 80% of webcast visitors view the archive at their convenience rather than the live feed. The Council require a Service Provider to provide a hybrid webcasting service, hardware and support and maintenance. Lot 1: Webcasting is the live or recorded transmission of video over the web. Webcasting enables members of the public to access content where and when they want. Council meetings can be viewed live but most Councils have found that around 80% of webcast visitors view the archive at their convenience rather than the live feed. Appointed Service Provider will provide hybrid webcasting service, software licences, support and maintenance and training for staff.
