HR and Payroll System mid-contract upgrade and move to SaaS version.

Tender description

Mid-contract upgrade and move from on-premise to SaaS HR and Payroll software system. Lot 1: In line with the University's Information Services strategy to move critical corporate systems to SaaS, we are using part of the existing contractual and financial commitment with our Human Resources and Payroll software provider in exchange for a move and upgrade to their SaaS product, which was first considered in mid-2024 and which, after some interim product development, is now mature enough for our purposes. Our ambition to move to the SaaS product within the life of the current agreement, was clearly intimated at the time of contracting for the current system. The purchase is being made via a Value Add Reseller with whom both the University, and the software developer have an existing business relationship.
