Tender description

The provider will be expected to provide rapid access to long term housing for rough sleepers who are unable to use traditional routes into accommodation and support tenants in maintaining their housing long-term ensuring they understand and fulfil their responsibilities. The service will also need to work closely with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure seamless integration with local services and manage relationships with neighbours effectively. Staff must have experience of working with complex needs clients who have additional barriers to engage in support and are expected to participate in ongoing training in areas such as mental health, substance use and crisis interventions.
