Tender description

design, supply and installation works contract for Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) installations comprising construction of cross laminated timber external and internal walls, floors and roofs complete with all necessary fixings, at the proposed 10 Bed Mental Health Community Rehabilitation Residence at Owenacurra, Midleton, Co. Cork for the Health Service Executive. The CLT Specialist Contract will be novated from the Employer and the Specialist, to the selected Main Contractor and the Specialist. The proposed building is circa 1,340 m2 in area comprising three fire compartments and will consist of four interconnecting sections laid around a secure internal courtyard. As part of a seperate enabling works contract, the site will be cleared to formation level. Refer to the works requirements for the nature and extent of the Works.
