Tender description

Legal advice is needed to ensure CDS requirements continue to be covered under all their Phase 2 contracts. Legal advisors will be expected to assist the Project during the implementation of contracts, in particular with contract management in the delivery period. The contracts have been awarded with the benefit of State Aid clearance provided by BDUK under the 'umbrella' state aid notification for broadband but as the project continues further legal advice is likely to be required in this area. Additional information: 1x12 month extensions available at the sole discretion of the authority
