Tender description

The scope of the Contract is the replacement of roofing to 26 individual CGA properties, comprising of: •17 semi-detached properties •5 end terrace properties •4 mid terrace properties Further details on the location of the properties are set out in the Invitation to Tender document. The Contract will commence in October 2025, with completion by end of March 2026. A single Contractor will be appointed.
