HVAC Systems: Maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a comfortable workplace. Energy Management: Decarbonisation and retrofit works. Fire Safety Systems: Comprehensive fire safety management to protect your corporate assets. Domestic Properties: Including but not limited to Home Maintenance: Ensure the safety and comfort of residents with your home maintenance services. Plumbing and Water Management: Effective management of plumbing systems and water conservation. Lot 1: Hard FM (Corporate) Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a qualified and experienced service provider to manage and maintain all hard facilities, ensuring the utmost efficiency, safety, and sustainability of its corporate property estate.
