Provision of Temporary Accommodation

Tender description

Folkestone & Hythe District Council (FHDC) is seeking multiple providers to supply a range of high-quality temporary accommodation units for homeless households across the district and, where appropriate, outside the district. Accommodation types include single, double, twin, and family rooms with a focus on suitability, safety, and proximity to Folkestone. The contract is anticipated to start in October 2025 and continue for a period of 12 months (with the option to extend for up to three additional periods of 12 months each). Please note: The Council intends to award this contract to multiple suppliers using a tiered system based on lowest submitted room rates. Bookings will be offered to the lowest-cost suitable provider first, moving down the list if unavailable.
