Cernach Housing Association and Drumchapel Housing Co-operative are conducting a joint procurement for the provision of Finance Manager Services. The contract will support financial planning, reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, business planning, and treasury management. Although jointly procured, each organisation will enter into a separate contract with the successful provider. Lot 1: This joint procurement covers the provision of Finance Manager Services to support the financial governance, reporting, business planning, and compliance needs of two Registered Social Landlords based in Drumchapel, Glasgow. The successful provider will deliver strategic and operational financial advice, prepare budgets and forecasts, produce management and statutory accounts, and support regulatory compliance. Although a single procurement exercise is being undertaken, each organisation will enter into a separate contract. The anticipated contract start date is 1 July 2025, with an initial term of three years and options to extend.. This is a regulated procurement conducted using the open procedure. The SPD (Scotland) must be completed online via the PCS portal. The contract will not be divided into lots.
