The North East Combined Authority and its constituent local authorities seek to procure a provider to deliver a domestic retrofit one-stop-shop service across the region. This service will act as a central coordination hub, offering in-person, web, and telephone-based retrofit advice. It will deliver an end-to-end service for the able-to-pay market, while also working to develop partnerships and the local supply chain. The service will ensure inclusive access for all residents with a key focus on addressing fuel poverty, particularly within the private rented sector
