Tender description

Harbour Homes is seeking to procure the services of a suitably qualified and resourced mechanical and electrical consultancy practice to undertake Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy Services, including Clerk of Works services, on a 5 year contract for upgrades to housing stock. This will include, but not limited to, Door Entry and CCTV systems, Fire Safety Equipment (Alarms, Smoke Vents, Dry Risers, Emergency Lights, Sprinkler Systems etc), Communal Lighting, Warden Call Systems, Water Pumps, Garage Auto-Doors and the like.
