As part of W&F Councils Planned School Maintenance Program works are required to be undertaken to include: • Electrical works to include: distribution, fire alarm, containment, small power, LED lighting, data & communication; • Mechanical works to include: replacement of heat emitters and pipework, replacement of domestic hot & cold-water pipework and associated works; • Associated fabric works to include: suspended ceilings, pipe boxing and decoration;
