Tender description

HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) is undergoing a transformation to become a more customer-centric organisation. To support this goal, HMRC has established a Customer Lab to better understand customer experiences across their end-to-end Journey with HMRC services. This contract is for the provision of participant recruitment services to support the Customer Lab. The appointed supplier will be responsible for recruiting individuals to take part in qualitive research and insight sessions conducted by HMRC's internal research team. Sessions are expected to involve small-to-medium sample sizes, typically between 30 -60 participants per project.
