Contract for Custom Clearance Along with Freight and Logistic Services to the British High Commission (BHC), New Delhi

Tender description

The supplier is responsible for handling all import/export documentation, customs clearance, and duty assessments in compliance with regulations. They must manage the transportation, loading/unloading, packing/unpacking, and storage of goods—including furniture, white goods, and heavy materials—between various BHC properties. Adequate vehicles, equipment, and manpower must be provided for safe and efficient movement, including specialized handling like rope systems for overhangs. Temporary storage and proper packing materials are also to be arranged as needed.
