Consortium Lead- Creative Communities

Tender description

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to lead a consortium of culture and heritage organisations in developing a creative communities programme which culminates in a one-day community led event in March (annually) The tender is an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. The contract shall be a concessionary contract which is anticipated to commence 22 September 2025 ending by 21 September 2030. There will be an annual break clause in the contract and the partnership will be reviewed on an annual basis part of a post event evaluation in April. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £200,000 in the first year and £100,000 per year for each subsequent year. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
