Tender description

The MoD is conducting market engagement to inform the User, and subsequent System Requirements for a ballistic plate project. The project aims to procure ‘lighter’ and ‘thinner’ ballistic plates than is currently offered by the in-service solution. To ensure User Requirements are feasible, the MoD is requesting information regarding the effect on mass and thickness when technical parameters are altered. Please read the attached documentation and fill in the Excel spreadsheets. The deadline for submission is 17:00 Friday 18th July. PLEASE NOTE that this Request for Information is being carried out for purposes of gathering information only and any submission does not constitute participation in a formal competition.
