Scottish Borders Council (the Council) is seeking Bidder responses to this Mini-Competition to Supply & Fit of Tyres by calling-off from Lot 1, 3 and 5 of the Scotland Excel framework for Tyres for Vehicles and Plant ref 02-21.The current Supply & Fit of Tyres contract expires at the end of June 2025 and therefore there is a requirement to carry out a new mini competition to fulfil that requirement
