Tender description

Clanmil require a suitably qualified supplier to undertake ‘Disabled Adaptation – 24 Mountview Drive, Lisburn’. The work will consist of a single storey rear extension along with alterations to the existing property and associated siteworks and services and will provide a much needed bedroom, en-suite, large store and rear lobby recommended by an Occupational Therapist. These works will be carried out in an occupied property (family with disabled needs) and as such the Contractor is reminded that all necessary precautionary measures shall be taken to ensure the safety of occupiers and visitors.
