Septic tanks & planned maintenance

Tender description

The objective of this ITT is to procure a supplier with the ability to deal effectively with septic tank and pump out management. In delivering this contract, the successful Contractor will play a key role in supporting Scottish Canal’s vision to contribute to Scottish Government’s policies of ensuring services are delivered at best value. Scottish Canals is looking for one supplier to service all the sites listed within Schedule 2. The contract is designed to cover the three geographic areas the Lowlands which covers the Forth and Clyde, Helix, Union and Monklands Canal networks., the Highlands which cover the Caledonian Canal network from Inverness to Fort William & the Crinan Canal in Argyll. The supplier will be required to clean, de-sludge, check operation of and provide reports on each septic tanks and pump chambers on all estate properties. As part of the contract Scottish Canals will be able to add & remove septic tanks & pump outs as and when required.
