ICT Services have a requirement for the continuation of a Managed Security Operations Service which gives the Council 24/7 monitoring ensuring any potential cyber threats are identified and mitigated quickly, minimising potential damage and downtime by ensuring the Council can intervene at the earliest opportunity.
