Wandle Housing Association (WHA) is inviting responses for the provision of communal Pest Control; full details of this opportunity are found within this document and all other associated documents . The contract is expected to value £50,000 annually, with contract period for an initial period of 36 months with the preferred Supplier, with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months plus 12 months (24 months) The anticipated contract commencement date is 30th December 2025 Work is required according to demand from the business, the Association will advise on treatment that is conducted on a regular basis; however, anticipated by its nature, services are ad hoc. NB: The Contracting Authority believes that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 do apply to this contract at its commencement.
