Tender description

NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) Integrated Care Board is intending to undertake a procurement to commission Primary Medical Services for the population of patients registered with Graham Road Surgery and Horizon Health Centre in Weston-super-Mare to replace existing APMS contracts expiring in the Summer of 2026. The planned Invitation to Tender will be for the delivery of services across the two sites, under one APMS contract, with a contract term of 15 years, in line with specified requirements. Main site: Graham Road Surgery, 22 Graham Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 1YA Branch site: Horizon Health Centre, Healthy Living Centre, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 3SJ
