Microsoft Licensing Solution Partner

Tender description

The Authority wishes to award a contract for a Microsoft Licensing Solution Partner through CCS RM6098 Technology Products & Associated Services 2 - Lot 3: Software. The Authority requires a Microsoft Licensing Solutions Partner to facilitate Microsoft Volume Licensing to cover the current and future Microsoft estate as well an enabling the Authority's NYES Digital service to operate as a reseller to its schools and commercial customers as its traded service offering. The Contract will be for a period of 3 years 09 June 2025 - 08 June 2028 with an option to extend for a further period of 6 months 09 June 2028 - 08 December 2028. Therefore, the total possible Contract duration is 3 years + 6 months. Core charges are estimated to be up to £15,417,500 total. The maximum contract value is £22,417,500 where the Authority takes additional products and services permissible under the Contract. The estimated annual charge subject to true-up or true-down is £3,840,691.72.
