EST SW: PROPOSED SUBSTATION at ST FINBARR'S HOSPITAL, CORK for HEALTH SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Tender description

The project involves the construction of a new substation at St Finbarr's Hospital, Cork comprising LV Switch room, MV Switch room and ESB SubStation. The project scope relates to the Civil, Structural and Architectural works associated with construction of the Sub Station Building. The project scope includes for only minor electrical works associated with the substation, including local LV installations, Smoke Detectors and Earthing. The main electrical infrastructure, ESB networks installations and sitewide electrical ducting will be part of a future phase. The Main contractor will be responsible for the duties of Project Supervisor Construction Stage.
