Dublin City Council Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Development Management Support Services

Tender description

Dublin City Council intends to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Development Management Support Services. The Development Management Support Services Provider will be required to provide all of the professional services (including specialist skills as listed) as necessary to comply with the Client's instructions and to ensure a satisfactory completion of the projects under the Framework. The specialist skills required are: - Financial Modelling - Development Advisory - Project Management - Employer's Representative Duties - Cost Control Management Please note that this framework will be established using a 'Notional' project, which has been prepared to be reflective of the type of projects called off over the duration of the framework. The Framework once established will have a duration of four (4) years. The projects can be either Residential or Non-Residential to meet the needs of Dublin City Council.
