Contract for the Refurbishment, Upgrade and Integration of existing 500lt Bioreactor Vessel and the Supply, Upgrade and Integration of 1,000lt Bioreactor Vessel for Irish Bioeconomy Foundation (IBF)

Tender description

IBF is seeking tenders from qualified and experienced economic operators for the delivery of bioreactor vessel manufacturing services and refurbishment capabilities to include mechanical upgrades, electrical upgrades and reconditioning services to support the reconfiguration, recommissioning of; a) Existing IBF owned 500-Litre Stainless Steel Vessel that is to be Refurbished, Re-Conditioned to include Instruments, Pumps, Valves, etc. (Vessel already has Agitator, Heating Jacket – See images in documents), as well as the supply, installation and commissioning of a second bioreactor, b) 1,000-Litre Stainless Steel Vessel with Agitator, Sparge, Heating Jacket, Instruments, Pumps, Valves, Control Panel. This scope of works involves both bioreactors be installed in the IBF biorefinery facility which will subsequently be integrated into the facility alongside other advanced bio-processing technologies and utilities.
