Renfrewshire Council’s require a service provider to evaluate the Council’s current AI readiness, to identify opportunities for AI improvements and to develop a structured roadmap for AI adoption. Through a series of workshops, data analysis, and AI trials, the assessment shall provide the Council with a clear understanding of how AI solutions can enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. The project will include stakeholder engagement, financial validation, solution demonstrations, and a business case development, culminating in a detailed assessment report and final presentation to senior leadership. Following the Framework Award Procedure (Schedule 5) and the Crown Commercial Services RM1557.13 G-Cloud 13 Lots 1-3 Customer Guidance Buying Process the Council followed the Step process and searched terms.
