Training and Development Services

Tender description

The main purpose of this framework is to provide Contracting Authorities with a compliant route to market for Training and Development Services. This is a re-procurement of a current framework owned by EoECPH which expires on 16/09/2025 following an extension. The procurement will be an Open Framework run under the new regulations, the Procurement Act 2023 and under Light Touch Regime. EoECPH aim to reopen the Framework every 2 years, therefore the Framework will be 2+2+2+2. We will be conducting Market Engagement with both Suppliers in the marketplace and Contracting Authorities that currently procure this type of service. EoECPH have engaged with NHSE about Patient Safety Incident Response Training, Clinical Digital Safety and Oliver McGowan Training which will be added to the Framework. We will be adding SSV into the Framework Evaluation at 10%. As a Procurement Hub, we will not be engaging external support from CSU or Procurement consultants, but we do engage with the three other NHS Procurement Hubs (NOECPC, NHS CS, and LPP) as they to utilise and promote the Framework. Further external support is garnered from market engagement and the experiences or needs of Contracting Authorities who have or will use the Framework. We have not sought legal advice as this is not required at present but if in the future there is a need for this we will seek legal advice. From the scoping we have carried out so far we do not envisage any challenges or issues with this framework at this time.
