Waiver - Urgency Reasons - The supplier is a show provider for events held at the Corn Exchange. As per our standard arrangement, tickets are sold through our in-house box office (Spectrix system) on behalf of the supplier. After the event, we transfer ticket sales income to the supplier as a settlement payment.
