The HSE HSE Procurement hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to submit tenders for the Provision of Residential Services in Dublin South North Wicklow Area. The HSE now undertakes this tender process due to the urgency of the immediate requirement for residential service provision for 6 residents to be decongregated from the Laura Lynn Childrens Sunshine Home to HSE owned or sourced properties. This tender has been split into two lots Lot 1 Residential Services in HSE owned or HSE sourced premises Lot 2 Residential Services in Service Provider owned or Service Provider sourced premises HSE Disability Services Dublin South and Wicklow are seeking submissions to commission a service provider to deliver residential services which support 6 adults in achieving meaningful outcomes across a number of critical areas, specifically, focusing on how the service provider supports individuals to thrive in their own home and community, exercising choice and control, and enjoying a high quality of life. The 6 adults are currently residing in Laura Lynn the Childrens Sunshine Home in Leopardstown, Co Dublin and receiving supports from this service provider for many years.
