THIS IS NOT OPEN MARKET ENGAGEMENT, ONLY SUPPLIERS ON ESPO REFUSE & RECYCLING PRODUCTS (860_22) FRAMEWORK (LOT 9 & 10) WILL BE ACCEPTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT. Braintree District Council (BDC), supported by the Essex Procurement Partnership (EPP), is undertaking a market engagement exercise to inform the upcoming procurement of a range of plastic sacks used in waste and recycling services. This engagement aims to gather insights from the market to help shape the final specification, ensure value for money, and support the Council’s environmental and operational objectives. We are inviting suppliers to provide feedback on the technical requirements, material specifications, and industry best practices for the supply of plastic sacks. Your input will be invaluable in helping us refine our approach and ensure the contract is aligned with market capabilities and innovation. Please note that this is not a call for competition or a pre-qualification exercise. Participation is voluntary and will not affect your eligibility in any future procurement process. This engagement is being run under ESPO Refuse & Recycling Framework (860_22) for lots 9 and 10. This has been combined for the market engagement exercise due to the supplier overlap.
