Tender description

The Framework Agreement and Contract is for the provision of employer's agent services. The successful bidders have been appointed onto the Framework Agreement. The aim is deliver employers agent services on new build developments.The employer's agent is responsible for a lot of important functions, including the issuing of contract variations and determining whether the homes have reached the next required stage to authorise payment of a valuation. Lot 1: The procurement established a framework for 5 companies who will be contracted to deliver employers agent services for Selwood Housing Society Limited. The employer’s agent is responsible for a lot of important functions, including the issuing of contract variations and determining whether the homes have reached the next required stage to authorise payment of a valuation. The framework will be live for 4 years and will allow for direct awards and further competitions. This process was conducted under PCR 2015.
