Tender description

The Authority has an interest in the potential use and benefits of drone delivery for aseptic pharmacy drugs, in support of chemotherapy treatment, particularly for short notice delivery requirements. The Trust is looking to work with a supplier to undertake a trial to understand if delivery between two locations is possible and ideally explore the plausibility of wider deliveries to the other Trust sites. The measure would be effectiveness/cost versus the continued use transportation via the road transport network .
