North Somerset Council is in the process of developing a business case for the development of a replacement waste depot. As part of developing its early market understanding, NSC wishes to engage with suitably qualified contractors capable of supporting and delivering a project of this scale. The envisaged development is anticipated to be located within Weston Super Mare and require up to 4.5ha of land, cost c.£20m and accommodate various facilities.
