Procurement of a qualified, experienced and suitably resourced organisation to undertake Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) Surveys across our our property portfolio. This evaluates the energy efficiency of each property and helps identify properties that require energy efficiency improvements and what they are ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the organisation's sustainability and decarbonisation goals Lot 1: Aim of the tender is to procure a qualified , experienced and suitably resourced organisation to undertake Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) across our property portfolio. This will help identify properties that require energy efficiency improvements and what they are ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the organisations sustainability and decarbonisation goals.
