Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Asbestos Surveys and Associated Works 2025-2028

Tender description

Asbestos surveys and associated works across the OIC property estate or where staff occupy space. Surveys will be for both domestic and non-domestic properties including circulation spaces. Lot 1: The provision of asbestos surveys and associated works commencing in August 2025 for a period of 3 years (with the option for 2 x 12 month extensions). Surveys will be for both domestic and non-domestic properties including circulation spaces, solum space, floor voids, loft, roof/soffits/fascias, external plumbing elements and external outbuildings. The types of surveys required will be management, refurbishment and demolition.
