Tender description

The works comprise internal alterations to the existing first floor level at Heather House Community Nursing Unit. The internal alterations include the demolition and removal of existing ensuites pods, plasterboard liners, ceilings, and flooring to facilitate the installation of the fire stopping to existing fire rated walls. The works also consist of the re-instatement of the en-suite bathrooms and the new internal finishes including ceilings and floor finishes.
