Gynaecology Insourcing Services Lot 1: Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust is looking to implement a Gynaecology Insourcing Service. Due to the nature of the service, this falls under the remit of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, the Authority is intending to follow the Most Suitable Provider Process to award a contract. Gynaecology insourcing services are coved by the CPV code 85121210-8 Gynaecologic or obstetric services. The Trust is planning to award a contract on 4th July 2025. Award decision-makers - Service Manager, General Manager and Senior Service Manager. The Provider's ability to deliver this contract has been reviewed against the key criteria and the Trust believes that it is the only organisation that would be able to meet the requirements of the contract. A professional relationship has been declared by one of the decision makers. The Chief Operating Officer has agreed that an impartial Senior Service Manager will oversee the contract and all decisions.
