Lot 1: Modification to add a Memorandum of Understanding to support the provider to undertake validation, to increase number of clock stops and validation percentages in line with the 2025/26 operational planning guidance. Provider will be paid £33 per patient removed from their waiting list, up to a maximum of £41,544. No change to main contract term which remains 1 April 2022-31 March 2030 (including 3 year extension)
