T.038/2025 Request for Tenders for the supply of Tools and Hardware Supplies for the Garda College

Tender description

In summary, the Goods comprise of both light tools and power tools, hardware materials (being timber, plumbing materials, gardening equipment (forks, shovels, gloves etc.), painting equipment (paint, rollers, brushes, tapes etc.) and carpentry supplies (screws, nails etc.). This is not an exhaustive list of requirements (sample list of items included in Appendix 1 of the RFT Document). This public procurement competition will be divided into seven (7) lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Lot 1 – Supply of Plumbing Materials; including but not limited to, PVC piping (all sizes), copper piping (all sizes), various fittings, sinks, pedestals, cisterns, toilets pans and all small associated consumables (e.g. washers, glue, tapes etc.). Lot 2 – Supply of Painting Materials; including but not limited to, paint (all types), thinners, tapes, fillers and all associated consumables (e.g. brushes, rollers, sleeves, dust covers etc.) Lot 3 – Supply of Light Tools; including but not limited to, ear defenders, gloves, tapes, shelving, measuring tapes and relevant consumables (e.g. screws, nails, utility knives, screwdrivers, fillers, etc.). Lot 4 – Supply of Carpentry Materials; including but not limited to, timber (rough, planed, plywood etc.) and associated consumables for carpentry). Lot 5 – Supply of Gardening Supplies; including but not limited to gardening tools, planting, fertilizer etc. Lot 6 – Supply of Hardware Supplies (electrical); including but not limited to fuses, extension leads, light tubes, bulbs etc. Lot 7 – Hire of Plant / Machinery / Power tools; including but not limited to hire of excavator, mini-diggers, drills and batteries etc.
