Consequently, Bord Bia believe that it is an opportune time to conduct a review of the marketplace to ascertain the future landscape of the commercial kitchen specifically within the QSR and Fast-Casual food-service channels. The outputs should provide clear commercial direction and support to the food industry, through strategically impactful insight, enabling the sector to win through innovation in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) channel, whilst also empowering stronger customer connections within the channel.
