Ceredigion County Council is seeking to procure the services of a qualified and experienced consultant or organisation who will lead the community engagement process and promotion via hosting online and offline workshops, gather placemaking ideas, and set up the portal which will include choosing and purchasing website platform, register a domain/hosting, create pages like interactive mapping, media gallery, forum, commenting and voting tools etc, brand and design the site, and provide training to CCC staff to moderate and maintain the portal.“Ceredigion Placemaking Portal” – a bilingual online platform designed to engage residents in the development and improvement of public spaces across the villages and towns of Ceredigion. This digital hub will collect placemaking ideas, display ongoing plans, and gather feedback, all with the aim of involving the community in decisions that shape the future of their environment.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
