UHI wish to procure consultancy services to provide support to undertake and prepare elements of a Full Business Case (FBC) for a new operating model for the UHI Partnership.A first draft of the FBC is to be completed by 30 September 2025, with a final draft to be presented to UHI Governing Bodies in December 2025.The budget assigned to this requirement is £375,000 (excluding VAT).
