The Attorney General’s Office (AGO) was looking for a supplier to conduct primary research (polling and/or focus groups), as well as expert analysis of the data gathered, to understand public attitudes towards the rule of law (including different concepts that inform it) and how to communicate its intrinsic value and practical benefits, given its importance as a fundamental democratic value and the polarised debate that surrounds it.
